Highlights -> avistamiento de caimanes, recorrido por la Reserva Nacional Tambopata, trekking en la selva aprendiendo sobre flora y fauna, avistamiento de monos, aves y caimanes/caimanes.
Transfer to the port authority where we will take a boat for an hour to our lodge – Welcome meeting, with a refreshing juice made from local fruits. Check-in to our respective rooms.
We will take a short walk along the Canopy Walkway, at a height of around 30 meters, which will allow us to appreciate nature from as high up as possible. We will also have a panoramic view of the Madre de Dios River. From the platforms, we will observe different species of birds, such as toucans, macaws, tanagers, and orioles. It will be a wonderful experience.
Then we will prepare for a challenging activity in the trees at a height of more than 30 meters. For this activity, we will have an instructor guide who will give us a talk on how to use the safety harness for the zip line, feeling the adrenaline rush as we slide through the trees.
In the afternoon, the challenge consists of crossing the Madre de Dios River by kayak, for which we will have life jackets.
Next, we will visit Monkey Island, located across the Madre de Dios River from our lodge, where we will find different species such as capuchin monkeys and squirrel monkeys that live on the island, before returning to the city of Puerto Maldonado.

IMPORTANT.- We recommend bringing insect repellent, sunscreen, hiking shoes (optional), a long-sleeved shirt, and long pants, preferably in light colors.
