    Before proceeding with the reservation, we need you to contact us and confirm the dates and our availability.
    All information is very important and is taken in order to guarantee our service, at the same time, we use this information to confirm places and entrances to the Tambopata National Reserve.

    Travel  insurance

    Monte Amazonico and Hacienda Tambopata Lodges, HIGHLY recommend that our clients protect themselves with travel insurance to prevent any financial losses.

    We are not responsible for extra costs caused by delays or cancellation of air, road, lake, river or trail travel due to changes in airline schedules, bad weather conditions, civil or government strikes, acts of God or government, acts of terrorism, force majeure, criminal activity, or sickness.  


    Warranty


    Reservations must be guaranteed with payment using credit/debit cards or Paypal.


    Cancellations

    Cancellations done 31 days or more before the departure date will be refunded minus the 25% for administrative e expenses.

    Cancellations within 30 days before departure date will be billed at full fare. These cancellations will be considered as no show.

    No show

    In the event that you have confirmed your reservation and do not appear at the confirmed place for transfer your deposit will not be refunded.
    Refunds will not apply under cancellations of air, road, lake, river, or trail travel due to changes in airline schedules, bad weather conditions, civil or government strikes, acts of God or government, acts of terrorism, force majeure, criminal activity, or sickness.
